US airline apologizes for the expulsion of a woman and her son because of "fish"

The victim says that as soon as the plane boarded a crew member, she asked her if she had any doctor's document to allow her to travel on board.

In a blog post on Facebook, the woman said she had made it clear to the crew that she was infected with a genetic disease called Ichthyosis and caused several skin disorders.

She explained that the employee who asked her looked at the disease in the search engine "Google" and then returned to her and apologized, but the crew was not allowed to fly and helped her to carry her bag out of the plane.

She pointed out that the pilot had agreed to take out the woman and passengers were also satisfied with what happened and said they do not carry permission from the doctor.

A new trip to the woman was booked next to her son after staying at a hotel but she says she has been discriminated against because of Jenny's disease.

"Never in my life have I been so humiliated," she wrote. "Stop ignorance and devote time to people. I do not always have to explain."

For its part, the American company apologized for what happened, announcing an investigation into the incident and said it would compensate the woman for the price of the trip.
